On the afternoon of December 7, 2022, the city's economic and social development on-site observation team visited Juye County, and the first stop was to observe the Heyu Runfeng Annual Production of 760000 tons of green and environmentally friendly new materials project in Juye County.
This project is invested and constructed by Shandong Heyu Runfeng New Materials Co., Ltd. The company was established on March 21, 2022, with a registered capital of 80 million yuan. The parent company currently has 5 subsidiaries, 1 municipal key laboratory, more than 10 patents, more than 20 professional undergraduate, master's, and doctoral talents, fixed assets of nearly 2 billion yuan, and an annual production of 100000 tons of acid anhydride and its derivative series curing agents under construction. After the project is completed, the market share is about 40%.
The total investment of the project is 10.5 million yuan, covering an area of 163074 square meters with a construction area of over 100000 square meters. It mainly includes 600000 tons/year of environmentally friendly resin and 400000 tons/year of supporting formaldehyde solution production facilities; 100000 tons/year environmentally friendly insulation new materials and supporting facilities, 40000 tons/year acetaldehyde and supporting facilities, 20000 tons/year acetaldehyde acid and supporting facilities; The project tank area, warehouse, and supporting facilities have a total of approximately 1000 units/set of equipment.
The technology source of this project is independent intellectual property rights. Based on mature production process technology, independent innovation has been carried out, and information technology distributed DCS control technology, industrial TV video monitoring system, clean production technology, safety monitoring technology, etc. have been effectively integrated. Through independent research and development, collaborative innovation of the entire product chain has been achieved. We are committed to building domestic green new material production equipment for environmentally friendly resins and organic aldehydes, breaking through the problems of poor digitalization of process control, low production efficiency, high energy consumption, and poor product stability in traditional process technology. We have achieved production cleanliness, process continuity, and equipment automation, effectively playing the role of scale efficiency and technology integration of the device. All pollutants are discharged in compliance with standards, ensuring that the overall equipment technology level of each production unit in the project reaches the domestic level, and ensuring that the overall production cost is higher than that in China. Similar enterprises have achieved a 10% reduction, achieving three unifications of economic, social, and environmental benefits.
The project started construction in August 2022 and has completed a total investment of 150 million yuan. After the project is completed, it can achieve an annual sales revenue of 4 billion yuan, a profit of 410 million yuan, tax revenue of 220 million yuan, and employment of 300 people.
